May is Mental Health Awareness month. In light of this, I would like to name one of the well-researched cornerstones of mental wellness or well-being—resourcing. Resourcing is a process of allowing or integrating positive sensations, emotions, and cognitions. This ‘taking in’ of positive resources supports an improved experience of self in the present moment.
